The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets daily with food. The dosage may be adjusted according to individual clinical circumstances by your Dietitian/Physician.
Like all dietary supplements, this product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia, palpitations, headache, and numbness have been reported with L-Arginine use. A bitter taste may occur with higher doses. Because of L-Arginine’s vasodilatory effects, hypotension may occur.
